Lady Devildog Volleyball Team finishes second, hosts playoff game:
Congratulations to the lady Devildog volleyball team for finishing 2nd in the conference with an overall record of 17-8 and 7-2 in the conference. They will host the first round of play-offs against Seneca on Tuesday, October 25 at 6:00 p.m.
Cheerleaders hosting Region on October 26:
TR will be hosting the Region Cheer Competition on Wednesday, October 26 beginning at 6:00 p.m. Please come out and cheer on your Varsity cheerleaders as they compete for their reigning Region Title!
High School Horror Haunted House:
D2 Stageworks will present "High School Horror: a Haunted House" on Saturday, October 29 from 6 - 10 p.m. Please be advised that this event includes scary depictions and is not suitable for everyone. Tickets are $5.00. Call 355-1085 for more information.
D2 Stageworks to present “An evening of One-act Plays”:
D2 Stageworks will present "An Evening of One-Act Plays" on Thursday and Friday, November 3 - 4 at 7 p.m. The evening will include "One Lane Bridge," a ghost story by Stephen Gregg, and "The Bald Soprano", a comedy by Eugene Ionesco. Tickets are $5.00. Call 355-1085 for more information.
Teen Read Week:
Travelers Rest High School is celebrating "Teen Read Week" during the week of Oct. 24th through the 28th. Teen Read Week is a national literacy event sponsored by the Young Adult Library Services Association(YALSA).
