Gary Gene Allen, 73 - Marietta

Gary Gene Allen, 73, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.

Born in Shelby, NC, he was the son of the late Horace and Minnie Pruitt Allen. He was a retired auto mechanic and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are 3 sons: Gary Allen of NC, Gary R. Allen (Tess) of Marietta and Steven Todd Allen of Marietta; daughter: Lanta Allen of GA; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents, Gary was predeceased by a sister.

A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, December 13, 2014 at 3:00 p.m.at The Howze Mortuary Chapel.
