Sudie Pearl Ballew Howard, 83 - Travelers Rest

Sudie Pearl Ballew Howard, 83, of Travelers Rest, widow of Ira Talmadge Howard passed away, Monday, March 2, at her home.

Born in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late William and Bernice Smith Ballew.

Surviving are three daughters: Connie Hill, Carolyn Leopard (Ronney), and Dorothy DeWees; three sons: Buddy Howard (Joyce), Johnny Howard , and Donnie Howard; one sister: Frances Carlton; many grandchildren, and great-granchildren. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by one daughter: Debbie Howard; one brother: Dallas Ballew; and one son-in-law: Glenn DeWees.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary Chapel with entombment to follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.

The family will be at their respective homes.
