Travelers Rest HS Student Council wins awards at state convention

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C — The Travelers Rest High School Student Council recently received the Gold Honor Council Award and the Bronze Gavel Award at the S.C. Assoc. of Student Councils Annual Convention, held last month at Wando High School in Mt. Pleasant.

The awards signify that the TRHS Student Council is ranked third among all AAA schools in the state, an accomplishment they have maintained for at least the past seven years.
