Travelers Rest HS band recognized with Outstanding Performance Award

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – The Travelers Rest High School band program has earned the S.C. Band Association Outstanding Performance Award for the 2014-2015 school year.

This award is the most prestigious band award given each year in South Carolina. The band has to earn points throughout the year in marching, concert, and individual audition and performance.

This marks the fifth consecutive year that the TRHS band has earned this award.

The TRHS Golden Regiment is directed by Carl Wylie.
