Larry A. Birt, 73 - Travelers Rest

Larry A. Birt, 73, of Travelers Rest, passed away Saturday at his home.

Born in Sutherland, NE, he was the son of the late Arthur E. and Irene Fisher Birt. He was formerly employed with the carnival, was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam war, and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his sons: Michael Birt(Shannan), Keith Crymes; grandchildren: Casi Birt, Blair Birt, Daniel Crymes, Steven Crymes, Madison Crymes; sister: Madonna Debus.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 11am until 12 pm at the Howze Mortuary.

Graveside services will be Thursday at 3:00 pm at M. J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.

The family will be at the home.
