Reward offered for missing 'Moon Boom' cow

SLATER-MARIETTA, S.C. — A $200 reward is being offered for a cow that went missing during the July 3 Moon Boom in Slater-Marietta.

As seen in the video below (click here to view on Facebook), the cow jumped the "Cow Patty Bingo" fence, racing up the hill at Jimi Turner Park just prior to the start of the fireworks show.

Described by her owner as a yellow, half Charolais and half Brahma cow, she was last seen near the intersection of Geer Hwy. and Hwy. 288.

Anyone with information is urged to call Karen Holmes at 864.421-5153.
