Hwy. 25 wreck sends nine to hospital

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — Nine people were transported to the hospital from a two-car wreck on Hwy. 25 that happened just north of Travelers Rest around 7:15 p.m.

Northbound lanes were closed as firefighters with North Greenville Fire Dept. and EMS crews worked the scene.

The extent of injuries is unknown.

The roadway was cleared around 9 p.m.

The S.C. Highway Patrol is investigating.
