288-unit apartment complex to be built near Furman
GREENVILLE, S.C. — Construction is scheduled to begin in January on a 288-unit apartment complex at the intersection of Poinsett Highway and Old Buncombe Road.
Middleburg Real Estate Partners, a Fairfax, Virginia-based real estate investment, development, and management firm, officially announced their entry into the South Carolina market with Mosby Poinsett, the first community in Middleburg’s Mosby brand roll-out.
Located adjacent to a future future retail center, the community will consist of fourteen buildings and is NAHB Green Certified.
Floor plans range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom and will also feature carriage houses with private garages. Community amenities include a 5,800 square-foot club house, fitness center with yoga studio, saltwater pool with cabanas, dog park, outdoor kitchen and fireplaces, package acceptance, onsite concierge services, and onsite bicycle storage and repair shop.
Construction is expected to commence in January 2016 with leasing to start in September 2016.
