Dora Marie Hamilton, 74 - Marietta

Dora Marie Hamilton, 74, wife of the late Gary Lee Hamilton Sr. passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016, after her courageous battle with breast cancer.

Born in Marshall, NC, she was the daughter of the late Loretta and Grady Cantrell.

She is survived by her brothers: Chester Cantrell and Ernest Cantrell (Kathy); sister: Geneva Williams; children: Gregory Satterfield (Denise), Theresa Newkirk, Kenneth Satterfield, and Kimberly Nettles (Thomas); grandchildren: Edward, Teiqueray (Charles), Gregory (Brianne), Brittany, Heather, Bradley, and Kimberly; great-grandchildren: Zachery, Stella and Colin.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Mountain View (Grandview) Memorial Park.

The family will be at the home of her daughter: Theresa Newkirk on Monday January 11th, 323 White Oak Way, Marietta, SC and at her son’s: Greg Satterfield, 111 Lakeview Dr. Williamston, S.C. 29697 Tuesday immediately following the ceremony, all friends and family are welcome.
