Pictured: Todd Cooper recognized for years of service

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – Longtime Travelers Rest councilmember and former Mayor Pro Tempore Todd Cooper was recently recognized for his years of service to Travelers Rest residents.

Cooper was presented with a plaque by Travelers Rest Mayor Wayne McCall at the December city council meeting.

Upon accepting the recognition, Cooper thanked fellow councilmembers, the mayor, City Administrator Dianna Turner, and others for the opportunity of working together.

During his tenure on council, Cooper was involved with the revitalization of Main Street, the construction of Trailblazer Park and the new fire station, and multiple economic development projects.
