Ronnie Lee McAlister, 73 - Travelers Rest

Ronnie Lee McAlister, 73, of Travelers Rest, went to be with his Heavenly Father Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Autumn Care in Saluda, NC.

Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Baylis Earl and Rlee Robertson McAlister. Mr. McAlister was a retired Plumber; a retired stage hand and a former member of IATSE Local 697 and a member of Enoree Baptist Church.

Surviving is his loving wife of 54 Years, Sylvia Hood McAlister; his son, Ryan Lee McAlister and his grandson, Roper Lee McAlister.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a brother, a sister and a niece.

Funeral services will be held at 11 o’clock Friday morning at The Howze Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in Enoree Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 Friday morning at the mortuary prior to the service.
