Notice: New trash, recycling, brush pickup day announced for Travelers Rest residents

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – Beginning Aug. 31, all city of Travelers Rest solid waste — trash, recycling and brush — will be collected each Wednesday.

The new pickup day will replace the current Friday collection date, according to Clint Serafino with Ace Environmental, the contractor hired by the city for solid waste collection services.
