Suzanne King Kolb, 47 -Travelers Rest

Suzanne King Kolb, 47, of Travelers Rest, wife of Charlie Kolb, died Wednesday, October 5, 2016.

Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of Thomas Martin King and Paula Sue Greene Frady.

Suzanne graduated from Travelers Rest High School where she was a member of the Hunts Kids Music Group and part of the Golden Regiment Marching Band. She was a member of Travelers Rest United Methodist Church and was the Director of North Greenville Food Crisis Ministry.

In addition to her loving husband of 20 years, she is survived by a step-mother, Nancy King; two sisters, Casey King (Greg Woods) and Kensey Buchanan (William); two brothers, Trevor King (Ashley) and Andrew King; six nieces and nephews, Karis, Trace, and Luke King, Keelin and Liam Buchanan, and one on the way, Brynley Woods; maternal grandparents, Billy Joe and Mary Greene; and a paternal grandmother, Ruth Anders King.

She was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Walter Andrew King.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Travelers Rest United Methodist Church with a luau following for friends and family.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Joanne and Buddy Turner.

The family will be at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Buchanan.
