Updated: Sheriff's Office makes arrest in Ingles pharmacy robbery

Update (12/29/16, 9:50 a.m.): The Greenville County Sheriff's Office this morning announced that an anonymous tip led to the apprehension of Daniel Timothy Baldwin, a suspect in Tuesday's robbery of the Ingles pharmacy in Travelers Rest.

"An anonymous caller advised deputies of a possible location of Baldwin after learning of his warrants through the news," Master Deputy Ryan Flood said.

Baldwin was apprehended last night and is currently in the Greenville County Detention Center on a $20K bond, according to Flood.

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. —Greenville County Sheriff's Office investigators have identified a suspect wanted in connection to a robbery at the Ingles pharmacy in Travelers Rest. 

Master Deputy Ryan Flood said deputies responded to the 1500 Geer Hwy. location on Tuesday afternoon.

Flood said investigators are seeking assistance in locating 39-year-old Marietta resident Daniel Timothy Baldwin, who they have since issued arrest warrants against for strong arm robbery and theft of a controlled substance. 

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.

Baldwin is to be considered armed and dangerous, Flood said.
