Travelers Rest Police Dept. seeks input from area residents

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — The Travelers Rest Police Dept. is seeking input from area residents on suggestions that the department could undertake to help make the community a better place for both residents and visitors.

"I feel that as a police department we can always improve, and we need to strive to give the best service that we can," said Captain Randy Fisher.

Echoing suggestion cards in the front lobby of city hall, Capt. Fisher asks those interested in responding to complete the following: "If I were chief, I would....".

"The premise is to get ideas about what area residents feel would help enhance our service to them," Fisher said.
