A1C John Pirraglia - Greenville, SC

A1C John Walter Pirraglia, stationed with the United States Air Force at McChord AFB (JBLM) in Tacoma, Washington passed away on March 11, 2017 at his home.

Born in Dallas, Texas, he was the son of John A. and Tamera Vuchkovich Pirraglia of Greenville, South Carolina. A1C Pirraglia was raised in Houston, Texas where he graduated from Taylor High School in Katy, Texas and continued his education at The University of Houston prior to enlisting in the USAF.

Along with his parents, A1C Pirraglia is survived by his wife, Kristina Barrow Pirraglia of McChord AFB (JBLM) in Tacoma, Washington; sister: Emily Knippa and husband Michael of Maplewood, Missouri; maternal grandmother: Anna Vignovic of Greenville, South Carolina; paternal grandmother: Dolores Pirraglia of Steubenville, Ohio along with many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A1C Pirraglia was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Walter Vuchkovich and paternal grandfather, Anthony Pirraglia.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 24, 2017 at The Howze Mortuary from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Travelers Rest United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m.

Burial will be at Mountain View Memorial Park with US Air Force military honors.
