Travelers Rest Police Dept. Crime Report:

• 04/27/17 (3:20 am) - A male subject was arrested from Gateway Park and charged with having marijuana in his possession.

• 04/27/17 (4:47 pm) - A male subject was arrested from Wal-Mart and charged with shoplifting.

• 04/28/17 (2:53 pm) - A male subject was arrested from a collision site on Hwy25 and Little Texas Rd. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and open container.

• 04/29/17 (1:29 am) - A male subject was arrested from a traffic stop on Hwy25 and Tigerville Rd. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

• 04/29/17 (8:10 pm) - A male and female subject were arrested from Wal-Mart and charged with shoplifting. They were both also charged with having a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in their possession.

• 04/30/17 (8:00 pm) - A male subject was arrested from a traffic stop on State Park rd. and Walnut Ln. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

The TRPD responded to eight disturbances and four traffic collisions this week. The above list is not exhaustive but represents highlights of TRPD activity.
