Lipscomb named Student of the Year at annual TRHS senior awards presentation

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — The Travelers Rest High School Class of 2017 held their annual Awards Night on Thursday recognizing students for their achievements.

Burke Lipscomb was selected by the faculty and staff for the Student of the Year Award.

Upcoming Class of 2017 events include Yearbook Day on Monday and senior exams on Thursday and Friday of next week. Graduation will be held on June 2 at 9 a.m. in Timmons Arena on the Furman University campus.
