Beverly was employed outside the home after her children were all in school. However, at no time in her career did she ever let her job responsibilities take priority over her children’s needs.
After the children had moved away from home Beverly and Gerald opened Country Charm Antiques, a quaint little shop located just North of Travelers Rest, SC.
Beverly was notably an outstanding first class cook. She also created numerous intricate, complex cross-stitch and embroidery pieces. Her incredible skills at sewing, craft making, and home decorating were truly admirable.
Mrs. League, additionally, was an avid genealogist and compiled much historical information on her ancestors, The Moss and Page families.
Her determination to succeed at anything she embarked on was a significant lifelong attribute.
Beverly and Gerald were married 59 years. Beverly will be sorely missed by her entire family for the smiling, cheerful, caring spirit she exemplified throughout her entire life and she will continue to live in our hearts forever.
