NGU kicks off 2017-18 theater season with 'Importance of Being Earnest'

TIGERVILLE, S.C. — North Greenville University will host its first theater production of the 2017-18 season, "The Importance of Being Earnest", beginning on Thurs., Sept. 28 and running through Oct. 7.

"A trivial comedy for serious people by Oscar Wilde. This is a recipe for laughs. Combine a splash of satire, a mix of mirth, fold in the farce and cook over the conventions of culture. See how many deceptions can be baked up before their whole family figures the truth."
