Randy Cody, 65 - Marietta

Randy “Buster” Cody, 65, of Marietta, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018, at his home.

Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late L. D. and Nancy Ellen Poole Cody. He was a retired diesel mechanic and a member of Cleveland First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughters: Jennifer Heaton, Lena Cody (Jeff Stillwell); grandchildren: Lauren Heaton, Draven Heaton; brothers: Bobby Cody (Janet), Robbie Cody; sisters: Margaret Cody Coster, Vickie Cody Kemp, Nancy Cody Self; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents he was predeceased by two brothers, James Gosnell and Tony Cody.

The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1pm until 3pm at Cleveland First Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 3pm at Cleveland First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

The family will be at the home of his brother, Robbie Cody.
