Crime Stoppers of Greenville coordinator Tony Lee said "Joey's dedication to promoting our 'most wanted' has assisted local law enforcement in making numerous arrests and clearing hundreds of cases that otherwise may go unsolved."

Hudson has been a supporter of law enforcement for years as the executive director of The Mike Gallagher Show Charitable Foundation's Fallen Officer Fund, which supports the families of officers killed in the line of duty.

Hudson has owned and operated the Nationwide Insurance Agency in Travelers Rest since 1983.
