TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — The annual Clyde Carr Charity Golf Tournament this year raised $8,355 for the North Greenville Crisis Ministry.
Now in its 51th year, the tournament was held in June at Paris Mountain Country Club.
Carr presented the proceeds check to North Greenville Crisis Ministry, continuing support for the Ministry that began when it opened as a food closet in 1983.

"I am especially grateful to the sponsors and volunteers who help make this tournament a great success," Carr said, adding that without the support of the businesses and individuals in our area the fundraiser would not be possible.
