Gladys Styles, 95 - Travelers Rest

Gladys Cornelia Loftis Styles, 95, wife of the late William Young Styles, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at her home.

Born in Greenville County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Johnny L. Loftis and Annie Alexander Loftis. Gladys retired from Palmetto Garment after 35 years of service and of the Baptist faith.

Gladys is survived by her daughters: Pat Grissop and Sheila Styles of Travelers Rest; grandchildren: Eric Grissop, Matthew Grissop and Travis Grissop all of Travelers Rest and 5 great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, Gladys was predeceased by a sister: Louise Johnson; brothers: Jack and Leo Loftis; son-in-law: Randy Grissop and grandson: David Grissop.

Visitation will be Friday morning, August 3, 2018, from 10 until 11:00 a.m. at The Howze Mortuary.

Graveside service will follow the visitation at Mountain View Memorial Park at 11:30 a.m.

The family will be at the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interim Healthcare Hospice, 16 Hyland Rd., Greenville, SC 29615.
