Marietta man killed in Keeler Mill Road crash

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — A 26-year-old Marietta man was killed Tuesday afternoon following a single-vehicle crash on Keeler Mill Road, according to the Greenville County Coroner's office.

William Anderson was ejected from his SUV after it left the roadway and overturned. 

The wreck happened near the intersection of Rutledge Lake Road around 3:15 p.m.

Anderson, of Warehouse Drive, died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, coroner B. Parks Evans said.

North Greenville and Berea fire departments responded to the wreck.

The cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma of the head and chest, the coroner said.
