It’s believed Greer died around 1 p.m. Saturday, according to the Greenville County Coroner's Office.

Greer's body and a moped were seen Monday in a ditch near the intersection. Other witnesses reported seeing the moped in the ditch since Saturday, but weren’t aware of the victim, according to the coroner.

According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the moped was traveling east on Old Mush Creek Road when it crossed the center line, ran off of the left side of the road and went down an embankment.
