Donna Ann Ward, 81

Donna Ann Ward, 81, beloved wife of Ollis Ward, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, July 30, 2019.

Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late H.S. and Cora Mae Anderson. Ann was a member of Cox Chapel Baptist Church where she taught the Ladies Sunday School Class. She loved to paint and write poetry.

Along with her husband, Ann is also survived by 2 sons: Alan (Pam) Radford and Johnny (Laurene) Radford; step-son: Steve (Sandy) Ward; 2 step-daughters: Beverly Payne and Lynesse Dogan; sister: Marthlyn Veal; 3 brothers: Robert L. Anderson, Gary Anderson and George Anderson; 6 grandchildren.

Along with her parents, Donna was also predeceased by her first husband, Harold Radford; 4 brothers: Sherman Anderson, Lindsey Anderson, Jack Anderson and Charles “Roe” Anderson; 3 sisters: June Henson, Eunice Mathis and Beth Burgess; step-son: Richard Ward.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Cox Chapel Baptist Church.

Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.

The family is at the home.
