Richard Davis, 35 - Travelers Rest

Richard “Ricky” William Davis, 35, of Travelers Rest, passed away August 27, 2019.

Born in Greenville, he was a son of Victor David and Janice Elizabeth Davis Hendrix. Mr. Davis was a Geo Engineering Technician, and was a member of Renfrew Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are his wife: Heather Marie Hawthorne-Davis; five daughters: Alekseis Mobley (Josh), Karlei Holloway, Emma Holloway, Meghan Davis, and Madysin Davis; one sister: Ashley Hendrix; three half-sisters: Krissy, Michelle, and Kayla; one half-brother: Billy; one grandson: Greyson Mobley; maternal grandmother: Mary Davis; paternal grandmother: Elizabeth Hendrix; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather: Richard “Jimmy” Davis and paternal grandfather: Don Hendrix.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon in The Howze Mortuary Chapel.

The family will be at the home of his parents.
