Lloyd Carter, 79 - Travelers Rest
Lloyd William Carter, 79, of Travelers Rest, passed away, Friday, January 31, 2020.
Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Broadus Lee and Annie Belle Timms Carter. Mr. Carter retired from George Coleman Ford, and was a member of Belvue Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife: Linda Hawkins Buchanan Carter; three daughters: Tracey Buchanan Lell, Noelle Buchanan Jefferson, and Stephanie Anderson (Tony); one brother: Ronnie Carter (Darla); one sister: Sandra Carter Crenshaw (Mark); and four grandchildren: Briana Gates (Aaron), Darrion Lell, Trey Jefferson, and Adam Anderson.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in The Howze Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will be at the home.
