Emily Baker, 83 - Travelers Rest

Emily Edmonds Baker, 83, of Travelers Rest, wife of the late Charles Alvin Baker, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Sunday, February 23, 2020.

Born in Rayle, GA, she was the daughter of the late William Clinton and Beulah Stamey Edmonds. She was office manager for Baker Floor Sanding and a member of Clearview Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons: Tony Baker(Tambralyn), John Baker(Rhonda); daughter: Connie Wiygul(Hollis); 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by two brothers: Ray and Ellis Edmonds; and daughter-in-law: Teresa Baker.

The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at Clearview Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Friday afternoon at 3:00pm at Clearview Baptist Church with burial to follow at Mountain View Memorial Park.

The family will be at her home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Clearview Baptist Church, Mission Minded Sunday School Class 5611 State Park Rd. Travelers Rest, SC 29690.
