John Barbare II, 74 - Travelers Rest

John “Buddy” Warren Barbare, II, 74, of Travelers Rest, passed away April 11, 2020.

Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late John Warren Barbare, Sr. and Fairy Obera Dill Barbare. He was a retired sewing machine mechanic and was a member of Mountain View Community Church. Mr. Barbare was a musician, who loved music and old cars.

Surviving are his wife: Betty Luvenia Randolph Barbare; two daughters: Robin Saxon (Phillip) and Crystal Schulte (Ben); one son: John Warren Barbare, III (Karen); five step-children; Connie Whitmire, Rickey, Russell, Randy, and Robin; one sister: Jean Good; eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents he was predeceased by two brothers: William Barbare and Joseph Barbare; and two sisters: Frances Taylor and Joan Taylor.

Due to Covid-19 the family will have a private graveside service.

Friends are welcome to come by the mortuary to sign the register book, Wednesday, April 15th, 2020 from 8:30am until 5:00pm.
