Debra Turner, 66 - Greenville

Debra Hixson Turner, 66, of Greenville, died on June 19, 2021.

Born in Chattanooga, TN to the late Roger and Rhonda Hixson, she is survived by her sister, Deirdre Hixson; niece, Rowan Brown; nephew, Roger Brown; and beloved dog, Lily Rose.

Debra was a Special Education teacher in the Greenville School District for 30 years. She taught at Greer Middle School, Travelers Rest High School and Spring Brook PRTF. Debra was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Debra, you will be missed terribly, but it gives us great comfort to know that you are safe, whole, well and enjoying the joys of new life in the Resurrection.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with visitation to follow.
