Wilma Smith, 62 - Marietta

Wilma Gillenwater Smith, 62, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Kingsport, TN, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Iva Bailey Gillenwater. She was a part of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and part of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a waitress at Teds Kitchen and was a member of Cathedral of Faith Church in Marietta, SC.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years: Harry Smith; a daughter: Erin Caldwell; a granddaughter: Bristol Watford; two brothers: Dennis Gillenwater (Jean) and Wesley Gillenwater (Melanie); six nieces: Angie, Jody, Toby, Tori, Jessica, and Serria; and three nephews: Josh, Daniel, and Nicholas.

A visitation will be held on Friday afternoon, August 27, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday afternoon, August 27, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. in The Howze Mortuary Chapel.

The family will be at the home.
