Johnny Turner, 53 - Travelers Rest

Johnny Glenn Turner, 53, of Travelers Rest, passed away, Sunday, August 22, 2021.

Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Johnny James and Gloria Scott Turner. Mr. Turner was a manager at Lendmark Financial, and was a member of Forestville Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife: Patricia Tillman Turner; one son: Micheal Turner; two daughters: Christi Turner-Slagle (Chris) and Kayla Turner (fiancé Matt); one brother: Scott Turner (Debbie); one sister: Angela Stanton ( fiancé James); one granddaughter Cara Grace Slagle; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday in The Howze Mortuary Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. F1.17, Chicago, IL 60601.

The family will be at the home.
