Mary Starner, 100 - Marietta

Mary Mitchell Starner, 100, of Marietta, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 13th, 2021, at Carlyle Senior Care of Fountain Inn.

Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Vermelle Wells Mitchell. She retired as an LPN and was a member of Marietta Baptist Church.

She is survived by her two daughters: Dianne Johnson and Judy Burton; 7 grandchildren; and 3 loving great-grandchildren.

Along with her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by a sister and four brothers.

A graveside service will be held on September 21, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the City of Landrum Cemetery.

The family will be at the home.
