Steven Spivey, 49 - Travelers Rest

Steven Anthony Spivey, 49, of Travelers Rest, passed away October 16, 2021.

Born in Oakland, CA, he was the son of Charles Anthony and Polly Ann Huff Spivey. Steven was a CNC operator and was a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one son: Gavin Anthony Spivey; two sisters: Heather Atkins (Donny) and Anna Layton (Cole); and seven nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents: Wendell and Kathleen Edwards Huff; and paternal grandparents: Archie and Geneva Owens Spivey.

The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary.

Funeral services will be 5:00 p.m. Thursday in The Howze Mortuary Chapel. The service will be live-streamed at www.facebook.com/thehowzemortuary, beginning at 4:50 p.m.

The family will be at their respective homes.
