Paris Mountain State Park hosts Fourth of July week scavenger hunt
GEENVILLE, S.C. – Paris Mountain State Park is hosting a week-long Fourth of July week scavenger hunt.
From now through Sunday, July 5, park visitors that complete the hunt to find the red, white and blue items will be entered into a drawing to win Paris Mountain State Park sling backpacks.
Visitors can ask for a scavenger hunt sheet at the fee booth or at the park center office. Answers to the questions can be found near the park center and swimming area, according to Ranger Cathy Taylor.
Two randomly-selected winners will be notified by email on Monday, July 6, and each will win four of the backpacks.

The entrance to Paris Mountain State Park is located at 2401 State Park Road. Summer admission is $3 for ages 6 – 15, $5 for ages 16 – 64, $3.25 for S.C. seniors and disabled persons. Children under 6 are not charged admission.
