Travelers Rest Christmas parade set for Dec. 13

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – The registration deadline for entry in the annual Travelers Rest Christmas parade is Friday, Dec. 5.

The theme for this year's parade, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. is “Christmas Around the World”, and registration is open to businesses, civic organizations, churches, animals, motorcycles, schools and individuals.

Entry forms/packages are available online here, as well as around town at various locations, including Travelers Rest City Hall, Cafe at Williams Hardware, Greater Travelers Rest Chamber of Commerce, Bank of Travelers Rest (both locations), Wells Fargo, TD Bank, Suntrust, and Palmetto Bank.

In case of inclement weather, the parade will be held on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m.
