Area musician recognized with mayoral proclamation

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — Area musician Cindy Murphy-Orr was recognized for her contributions to South Carolina's musical heritage with a mayoral proclamation presented at last Monday's Travelers Rest city council committee meeting.
