Devildog football kicks off Friday; full schedule here

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – The Travelers Rest Devildog varsity football team will kick off the 2023 season at Dean "Chico" Bolin Stadium on Fri., Aug. 18 against Riverside HS.

The Devildogs will be looking to improve upon last year's 4-7 season, the first under new head coach Michael Lancaster.

Key losses to this year's lineup include Caleb Mills (QB), Lawton Clamp (OL), and Xavier Donaldson (RB). This year's preseason standouts include Chase Thompson (QB), Colby Epps (QB), and Drew McKibben (WR), Lucas Tankersley (LB), Bryson Durham (DE) and Ji Wiggins (CB).
