TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – In October of 2011, former Travelers Rest Mayor (2001-2009) Roy Reynolds was recognized with a lamppost plaque on Main Street. The recognition was presented by the Travelers Rest Lions Club, where Reynolds served as president from 2010-11.
