TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – The following is a summary of Travelers Rest Police Dept. activity for the month of October.

Arrests:

The department reported an updated year-to-date total of 251 arrests, an increase of 34 percent for the same period in 2022 (178 arrests). Year-to-date, the top TRPD arrests are: narcotics violations (72), DUI (68), larceny (60), assault & battery (35), and burglary (6).
